Hi there! We are XPLR: MEDIA in Bavaria – an initiative for the Bavarian media industry! Our mission is to shine a spotlight on people who are shaping the media world of tomorrow, inform about important trends and developments in the industry, and discover the latest Bavarian media events!

Bavaria is one of Europe’s strongest media hubs. With its central location, strong infrastructure, and great diversity, Bavaria generates higher revenues than any other federal state in the fields of film, music, broadcasting, software & games, and advertising. We want to raise awareness of this fact. At the same time, our content provides guidance and inspiration for forward-looking media professionals from Bavaria and beyond.
